This company is a scam. Anyone thinking about working for arise virtual Solutions is in for a roller coaster ride. Red flag number one is that they make you pay for training. I found that very odd but because I had a friend who was also joining, I figured I would give it a shot. I got through training and got certified. Waiting for equipment was a joke because we couldn't start working without it. Also I do want to point out the IBO signed documentation for me without me even reviewing it beforehand which I believe is illegal. It has been over 2 months and I have not been paid. When I brought this up to arise and to my IBO, I was suddenly unable to access the portal basically meaning I was locked out and terminated without any warning whatsoever. I never received any email stating cause of termination or anyting explaining what's going on with my pay. Red flag number two pretty much everything I just listed above. They don't care at all about you as you're an independent contractor. There is absolutely and this is red flag number 3, no way to contact them besides through their chat and if you get locked out like I did, you can't contact them at all. Again, my IBO has completely stopped answering me and I have no way of knowing if I'm ever going to get paid for the time I serviced. Beware of this scam company!!!
