I placed a small order (under $ 100) with this company without doing my due diligence. BAD MISTAKE! This company has absolutely the WORST Customer Service Policies imaginable!

1. They will not take consumer questions or complaints by phone, fax, or eMail. They insist that customers forward any business related correspondence by US Postal Service Mail.

2. There are no Phone or Fax Numbers, Business Address, or working eMail Addresses posted on their Web Site. NONE. The Contact form doesn't work ..... I was told that it is for use by .mil or .gov email accounts .... ONLY!

3. They absolutely refuse to make refunds. They issue "In Store Credits" instead. IF you're lucky enough to actually receive an "In Store Credit", you'd better plan on traveling to their place of business to redeem it.

4. They are threatening & abusive towards their customers who have problems with their service. Just dare to threaten to dispute a credit card charge & see what happens!

5. Dollars to Donuts that ALL of the flowery praise they post on their Web site is written in house.

6. Have you noticed a rather curious lack of Brand Names mentioned in most of the descriptions of their offerings? Strange, VERY STRANGE!

This company has DOZENS of Complains filed with the Better Business Bureau under 4 different accounts with different addresses and/or slightly different business names. LITTERLY DOZENS!

8. Strange this happened after I placed my order ...... A week or so later my inbox blows up with spam & even stranger I get a slew of fraudulent charges against my VISA Card ..... funny that they even had all the Propper information correct. I had not charged an thing on that card for months previous and nothing after using it for my purchase from MCSSI placed a small order (under $ 100) with this company without doing my due diligence. Almost ALL of these COMPLAINTS went UNANSWERED by Armed Forces MCSS garnering them an "F" Rating for each & every account this business (and I use that word loosely!) that the BBB has on them.

Numerous Service Men & Women have actually had representatives of this Business call or write to their Superior Officers & Complain about the Service Man or Woman be lease they had the AUDACITY to protest their treatment by this business, or even worse try to seek legal means of settling a consumer issue with MCSS. Unbelievable, absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!

9. Strange thing happened after I placed my order ...... A week or so later my inbox blows up with spam emails ...... hundreds of them & even stranger I get a slew of fraudulent charges against my VISA Card ..... funny that they had all the necessary information correct, even the 3 did get code on the back. I had not charged a single thing on that card for MONTHS previous to making my purchase with MCSS and nothing afterwards. Nothing, Not a single thing at all. I promptly had the Card canceled. Luckily the Business who were defrauded quickly reversed the charges against my Credit Card without any problems at all.

PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITHOUT THIS CRIMINAL ENTERPRIZE. IF YOU DO, I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
