false DAC reporting

Arnold Transportation, has reported to DAC that i had abandoned aload while employed with them. I simply quit without notice. When i quit, i returned the tractor and empty trailer to Duncan, S.C. This false reporting is affecting my driving career. I requet that this is investigated and removed from my DAC report !!! Thank You Kindly, R.Grant Devore Sr. (803) 231 9299
