No Delivery of Purchased Jewelry for 12 weeks and no response when called
I bought Jewelry from Art Karat at an exhibition in Virigina on Sep 11, 2016. I told them that I needed the Jewelry items by Nov. 10th. Sales associate put that down on the invoice. When I called them on Nov. 7 they said they have no such information but they would follow up. They told me that jewelry pieces had not yet been shipped but will be shipped from India in a week. It is December 6. I have not received the jewelry pieces or any email. When I called on Dec.5, I was told a representative will get back to me. It has been 24 hours and no one called me back. When I called back this morning, I was again directed to a call center. There is no supervisor/manager or sales associate you can speak with. I need to now cancel my order and get my credit and no one responds. Very unprofessional company. I am utterly disappointed.
