doesn't work

I bought the Artic Air Conditioner from a company 24 Coolstuff.com. Order number 3070. I paid 74.95CAD for this item it worked for three days and I want my money back as it is a piece of garbage I will send it back when I have received my money. I paid for this item on credit card.

You can email me and let me know what you are going to do about this because I know that I am not the only one unhappy with this product.
