I was at puteri harbour last year with my two kids, visited an art studio run by a lady named Sofia Cole, she said she was the curator of the establishment. After viewing art pieces for sale and letting my kids draw i was charged a fee of rm30 per child, i had no problem until the curator mentioned she contributing to a charity. Alarm bells starting ringing and i asked her where she was from and what she is qualified in.

Arty Party on facebook clearly shows her working, on top of that it mentions she is a curator at some place called the white box gallery. i assume she has been here working and charging people with paying no tax.

Lady is from london and has no qualifications in art besides working for a few small production companies.

now i ask this, i have a valid permit to be here, after my husband was offered a job we were not aloud to work until we had approval from immigration. so why does this lady have the right to have a shop, have no valid working permit and on top of that teach people when she is not qualified.

further more she mentioned her daughter who is 23 is a head mistress at a school in town.

I and my husband are from london, went through the proper channels to live here, it was so hard to apply for an SSM, then after that waited a long time for our valid passes. why does this lady have the right to work? i think this unfair on people. Especially when others fight so hard to work when these ILLEGAL people are abusing the country.
