Low qualty Customer service from Ms. Amani or Omani
IT IS NOT SOMETHINGS PERSONAL, but it was really disappointed to find a customer service agent handling cases like an IVR or reboot, while we should expect a lot professional services from human, we all know there are rules and policy should be followed, but always there is exceptions from case to case. THIS WELL-KNOWN BY WELL TRAINED AND PROFESSIONAL AGENT, UNFORTUNATELY I DON'T THINK AMANI OR OMNIA IS ONE OF THEM, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS SO THAT AT LEAST SHE KNOWS HOW TO HANDLE CASES ON CASE BASIS NOT JUST LIKE SOMEONE READ FROM A PAPER IN FRONT OF
