No longer excepts GI Bill

I was going to Ashford University and something got messed up with the VA paying the school with my GI Bill. Now that they no longer except the GI Bill they say I have a balance of $11,000 that needs to be made. "We have a 3 year plan." Excuse me? You want me to pay off $11,000 in three years all because you no longer except the GI Bill? I need some help here!! My email is [email protected]
