Rip Off

Ashford University is charging me technology fees when they are not even providing books for the class. I never received an Ebook or a hard copy book for my military class. The instructor uploaded articles for us to review that was available online for free but I was charged a 50 dollar technology fee. Ashford University is also trying to make me pay 150 for graduation fees even if I don’t attend the ceremony.
