Worst Sales Rep Ever !!

I took my 75 year old mother to Ashley Furniture to shop for a mattress. I spoke with Cindy Hogan, sales representative, about my mother's needs. I explained that my father had passed away a few days earlier and I gave her the top figure of my mothers's budget. She ignored me and continued to push my mother toward mattresses well above her budget, totally disregarding my request. Cindy continued pushing insisting that there were financing plans available. My sweet mother was wisked away from the mattress she was interested in trying, because Cindy wanted her to try more expensive ones! My mother and I left the store angry and offended because of this rude, insensitive, commission-seeking sales person. After sharing our experience with friends and family, we dare to say......Ashley Furniture in Jasper. Texas has lost all of our future business.

Guardmaster is the worst!!!!!!

I purchased a leather couch and love seat from Ashley's Furniture in Linden, NJ. Also, I purchased the $200-5 year warranty from Guardmaster. About 3 years after purchasing the couches I noticed parts of my "leather couches" began to puff up and peel. I right away filed a claim by fax, email, and on their website; as instructed by a representative at Guardsmaster. After 3 months of waiting, I was fed up with the wait and got aggressive with Guardmaster. With empty promises of being called back from Nadia at Guardmaster, I decided to call the sales department and long and behold someone answered the phone! They transferred me over to a receptionist, who said Frank Divine was in a meeting and couldn't come to the phone at the moment. I demanded that I speak to Frank Devine and that I would wait on the phone, until he was out of his meeting. The receptionist told me that I could not hold the phone line.....well I told her that it didn't matter since they never pick up the phone anyway and I didn't have faith that anyone would call me back...because they hadn't in the past. Eventually, Frank Devine promised me that a technician would contact me in a couple of days. A technician contacted me back 2 days later. The technician came and took pictures of my couches and told us this could not be repaired and the couches had to be replaced. A couple of days after that I contacted the technician and he told me he had indeed sent the photos over to Guardmaster 3 days after taking the pictures of the couches. Numerous emails, phone calls, and voicemails later.....I have yet to hear anything from Guardmaster!!!!! I'm actually planning on driving to the office in Westbury, NY to handle this face to face.....I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM!

GuardMaster is terrible!!!

I put in a complaint back in 2010. They came and took pictures and that was the last I heard from them. I have called over 1,000 time, left tons of messages and never received a call back. About a month ago I finally talked to someone in a totally different department and she transferred me right to the manager, Frank. He told me he would take care of this matter and that I would hear back from him within 2 days. Well that was over a month ago and still no call. I have left him over 20 messages and have called a bunch of times. This is a terrible, terrible company and I just don't know why Ashley would continue to use them!! I told Ashley everything and they said they could not help me because that's a different company. Well you would think after so many complaints about this company they would look into getting a legit protection plan. Stay far, far away from this company!

WARRANTY GUARDMASTER

hi im having the same problem have a kitchen table that is shipped and stain marks ., they came to mt house and 7months later after calling them 1000 times no ones ever there, never answers a phone or return calsl its incredible that ashley does business with such a company, guardmaster FRANK DEVINE finally awardS me the table and 2 leather chairs. now a month later still never recieved a delivery DATE FROM ASHLEY now they call me back after i called both ashley and guardmaster and tell me now they cant give me table because i didnt use there cleaning produtcs really crazy . they have never even offered me any type of product when i purshased it they told me what to use and ive been using that .the product has nothing to do with the heat marks and scratches. so pissed buyers beware do not buy this from ashley after calling for so long i think that ashley owns this guardmaster its robbery .

WARRANTY GUARDMASTER

I was so mad at GuardMaster for all the calls I had put in to them- today I had it, swore on the phone, called them every hour on the hour until someone finally called back! Don't buy their worthless insurance... I'll update as things progress, or don't progress.
