I am very very disappointed. I purchased a set of living room furniture for almost $1700 nearly five years ago and bought the extended warranty from guardsman. Now I have 2 broken couches and another one the leather has gone so so bad. I called them for the warranty to cover it because I was told everything is covered. Send them all the information but they rejected it with stupid answers. I’m very disappointed. I want to get my couches either fixed or as I was told be send new sets.
Please help me with this. I spent a lot of money for ouches and extended warranty
