My father and mother had a flight from LAX International Airport, California to Tribhuwan International Airport, Nepal yesterday. They were wheel chair passengers so we took the tickets accordingly. But they were not taken on wheel chair at Abudhabi International Airport. So they were in a big problem. However, they reached to the plane with very much difficulty. Moreover, as they took their luggages at Nepal, their suitcases were unpacked with the locks broken. I lost an ipad from my suitcase and many more stuff. None of the chocolates were there as well. So who is going to be responsible on this? I am a student and the money which I earned from the little work I do, I sent my mom first income gift, which is no more with us. Is it the good service that this airlines is serving?I am feeling very much pity on this. This is not much precious for others but it means a lot to me. Is this airlines secured then?
