Defective product

As I have order a jeans of size 28 but I got size 34 &respectable t shirt but by usually watching to jeans its a defective jeans which is like used jeans with out. Any tag. And in pack there should be 5 quantity but I got only 4 quantit . So I have called to customer care to register complaints but they have not register the . Are avoiding me hence I want my cash refund quickly please note it done I am not satisfied with your service
