I went there the first time to have a routine cleaning. My Oncologist suggested it before starting chemo therapy. I went there because I was too far away at the time for my regular Dentist. I have very good insurance and have had most procedures covered totally with my regular Dentist. After almost 30 minutes in a chair having numerous xray's and a 2 minute exam by the Dentist they handed me a proposal for cleaning over $1500.00. My share of the bill was over $425.00. They failed to check with my insurance company to find out if all those xray's were covered--they were not and I now have a bill for over $80 from Aspen with nothing being done in my mouth. I should have read all the complaints prior to going to Aspen Dental. What a ripoff.
