I just left Aspen Dental in Frankfort and I had a little slither of my dentures broke off no bigger than my finger nail and the two girls in office kept looking at the computer and whispering. I felt like they were talking about me ( I will give them a benefit of a doubt) but, that made me feel like they were and one of the girls said they would try to work me in and I would have to have a exam to for $79.00 and then extra to fix a little slither that broke, I have no teeth in my mouth to examine. I had been told not to go there but, I did one time and they fix my teeth and done a good job. I will listen next time and not go there and I will tell them what someone told me and not go there. You all have a nice day. I have already called some one in Lexington and told me to drop by and they would fix them for me.

malpractice/neglegence

I had a full root canal done in 2017, I was left with a temporary filling, pending a next follow-up for permanent filling. I had been advise by the endodontic at the Aspen Office in Glastonbury Connecticut, which I have the option of internal bleaching to correct the discoloration of the tooth or I have the option of a crown or veneers which is more of an expensive option. I selected the internal bleaching option and I met the accounting at the front desk to set up the final process, I had been advised by the finance team, that they would have to reach out the dentist to see what their schedule was before she can setup the appointment. I had never got back a call to setup the final appointment. I called the office over a period of time on multiple times to schedule my final appointment (over a total of 15 calls made to the Glastonbury office) In march of 2018 while scheduling a routine appointment for my daughter, I spoke with the receptionist about my issue and I had been advise the reason no one followed up with me, was that all the previous doctors were all no longer working there. The receptionist schedule me for a follow up, and I was now being told that my tooth had started to decay and my only option now was to get a crown put in. I lost all trust with Aspen and I went for a second opinion elsewhere at another dental office who stated my only option was a crown. I had been advised by the new dental team to have a whitening treatment done and then schedule my appointment to have a crown put in. August 2nd I had my teeth whiten at the Aspen dental at the Farmington office and I schedule an appointment at Dr. Jack L Gish Associates office on 8/18/18 for the crown, I have now been advise that the there is more damage to the front tooth where the tooth now is unstable and weak, and I need to have the tooth extracted and my only option is an implant. A simple procedure done by the Aspen dental office in Glastonbury Connecticut within a period of a year and now I am loosing my front tooth and some needs to be held accountable for the negligence of this office, I am now having to replace my tooth with an implant and the longer I go back and forth and awaiting appointments the more expensive this process has gotten. I do not think I should be the one to have to pay emotionally or financially for the negligence of Aspen dental. My consultation for the implants is on 9/04/18

CANNOT CHEW FOOD WITH DENTURES IN,

IN APRIL OF 2015 I SECURED A LOAN OF $3, 300.00 FROM ASPEN DENTAL TO RECEIVE UPPER AND LOWER PARTIAL DENTURES,

THE WORK IS STILL NOT COMPLETE AND NOW IT IS FEBRUARY 2016.

I THE BEGINNING...I HAD TO ENDURE PURE RACISM FROM THE OFFICE MANAGER AT THE FARMINGTON, CONNECTICUT OFFICE OF ASPEN DENTAL. I REPORTED HERE TO THE REGIONAL MANNER ...MR. BRIAN PERRY AND HE SID HE WOULD LOOK INTO THE MATTER. HE DID SO AND TRANSFERRED ME TO ANOTHER ASPEN DENTAL.

I DIDN'T BOTHER TO GO BECAUSE...NOT BEING ABLE TO CHEW FOOD WITH THE PARTIALS...I NOW HAVE AN ILLNESS CALLED..."DYSPHAGIA" I NOW HAVE TO HAVE A COLONOSCOPY AND AN ENDOSCOPY TO SEE HOW DAMAGE IS DONE TO MY ABDOMEN.

I ONLY WEAR THE BOTTOM PARTIALS TO GO OUT IN PUBLIC FOR COSMETIC REASONS.MY FAMILY IS URGING ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK...AS I AM PAYING FOR DENTURES THAT I CANNOT EAT FOOD WITH,

I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH ASPEN DENTAL AND WANT MY MONEY RETURNED ASAP. IF NOT I WILL SUE THEM AND B RING THIS TO THE MEDIA...AS I AM AN 18 YEAR VETERAN OF TV AND RADIO BROADCASTING.

I IMPLORE SOMEONE TO INVESTIGATE MY COMPLAINTS AS I AM A WELL RESPECT WOMAN AND COMMUNITY ACTIVIST. I THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
