I was referred out to a dentist by the VA. I mistakenly chose Aspen Dental. They said they accepted the VA referrals so the work was done. Now nearly two years later I have been sent to collections for a bill that was supposed to be paid by the VA. Now, no one wants to deal with me regarding this issue

After spending 17,000.00 for implants, I lost one of teeth 3 times, the plate wore down & eventually made a hole which was fixed. For a company who claims money back guarantee they dont seemed at all concerned about their patients. Haven't heard from them at all, which is annoying. I was supposed to get a free cleaning, never happened. I want at least part of my money back. At the very least, pay off what i owe, less than $500.
