I became a client of Aspen dental in April, 2021. I was given a treatment plan that I was not clear would continue through June of 2021. I indicated to the dental staff that I needed new partials but was concerned that I was having some intermittent pain in one of my teeth that was the attachment for the partial. After explaining that I had had a failed root canal and the tooth had been filled several times I would rather have the tooth extracted . There are several issues involved here but the most basic concern is that I was told that I needed to have two teeth extracted and one filling. After getting the mold and "bite" assessment done an appointment was scheduled for June 14,2021 and I would be have the teeth extracted and receive my partials. I confirmed this appointment and upon my arrival was told I would receive a temporary partial and would incur an additional expense for permanent partials in six months. After being seated for about twenty in the dentist chair, I was met with being told that they were unable to find my records or the impressions that were done back in May. I was very distraught and couldn"t understand if there was a problem I should have been informed prior to my coming to the clinic. I requested a refund of my payments to them and was also told by the office manager that the company financing my partials would also be refunded. Although this is only the next day after tis travesty, I have not received a call from anyone regarding what happened or funds being returned.
