Dentures

I have upper dentures. They are horrible. They do not fit at all. As pen will not do anything to fix them. They say use fixodsnt. I paid over 3,000 dollars for this mess.

Upper dentures

Yes I went to Aspen dental couple weeks ago to get new top dentures since I've had them for the 2 weeks I been back-and-forth back-and-forth of them to adjust them they cannot get him right they are crooked on the right side they do not fit properly now I paid for these ventures out of my own pocket $1232 now I want my money refunded you have one week to do app if and I don't hear back from you in 1 week I will contact my lawyer I will Sue you and espen dental in regards to this my gums are sore they hurt I can't eat I Bellew's in weight and if this is not corrected with me getting my money back I will Sue my name is Rebecca Sherman my email is [email protected] my phone number is area code 3155426744 and given you guys 1 week to respond to me in regards to refunding my money in fall I am very displeased I will not go back to have them re fixed I will be going to another dental office where I probably am gonna have to pay over $3000 they have these adjusted or a new plate made so you have 1 week to get in regards back to me in regards to if you are going to refund my money of $1232 or if not I will be contacting my lawyer they will be contacting you and you will be sued thank you

Upper dentures

Yes I had went um laugh few weeks ago to have my upper dentures replaced for one they're way too big in my mouth I paid out of my own pocket $1232 they don't fit right I did go back once twice 3 times and they're still not fitting right I have an overbite on the left side I cannot eat it's hurting my gums and I want my money back and very dissatisfied with that if I do not get my money back I will feel alive 2 in my Warriors will be contacting you my contact information is Rebecca Sherman Chadwick's New York phone number is 3155426744I expect to hear something back my email is CUTIE34960 at Gmail back time if I don't hear back from you guys in regards to refunding my money I will have no choice but to contact my lawyer and have my lawyer contact your office and then I will Sue you guys for falsely reporting my dentures as pain corrected in fixed in this I do not want them replaced I had to go to another place and pay another $3500 to have a replacement in my mouth this is ridiculous I should not have to go through this I want an answer and I want my refund you have 1 week to make your decision

Dentures

I went to Aspen Dental for a loose tooth, I was 50 Yrs. Old at that point, When they did my ex rays they told me that I had a bad Gum Disease and that I really needed to consider Dentures. So, what the heck I'm going to need them anyway, might as well do it now. On July 9, 2013 I went in and had all teeth, top and bottom, extracted and new dentures put right in. Everything was alright, but when I went back for the 2 or 3 day check up the Hygienist told me to take them out at night and soak them and put them back in in the morning. I did exactly that! When morning came my mouth was so swollen and I could not put the dentures back in, it brought me to tears to try and get them in. I went back to the office to see what was going on, I was told that I should not have taken them out until I was told to, I stated that I had been told to by the hygienist. Of course I was then told that I WAS NOT told that! I had to go back numerous times for alignments, but then my Husband discovered as he was looking at my teeth that the front two teeth on the top denture were not lined up with my bottom two, I went back in to the office complaining about the teeth and they told me to give it time. I wasn't happy with that answer, I started to cry, wishing I had never gotten this done. Finally they sent me into a back room and had the Dentist come in and look things over. After trying to tell her that I was totally disappointed and wanted them right, she kept telling me they are right. She brought the guy who makes the dentures, or does whatever to make them fit into the room, I showed him how they did not line up, I told him I could not wear them and That I was Very Upset!! After quite a lot of talking I finally convinced them to start over. So, here I was toothless for a while, waiting on the new ones, this new pair was to be completely free as it was their mistake. BUT, they billed for them, which I in return called and complained about that, so they did retract that bill. I am 2 Years later, still not able to wear the Dentures on a regular basis, I cannot even put the bottom ones in and the top have very little suction, so when I am not in public I am toothless, when I am in public I put the tops in and fight to keep them in the whole time. Now I have to wait another 3 years for a new set of Dentures per my Insurance Company. It has been 2 years and Im tired of this look, Im not 90, I am 52!!!! Thoroughly Disgusted and Embarrassed!!!!

poor workmanship

Went to the Aspen dental in Oswego NY for a filling.they said I needed a partial on top and two teeth pulled on the bottom. I had the cleanings and was told my right tooth on top was lose and the partial would support it . Went to another cleaning some where else and was told that the partial would make the tooth worse, Partial is now in the garbage.On the lower teeth the two teeth were removed and was fitted for a temp partial. and they broke in half . I then asked for a bridge they fitted it for me and it works great and they did a great job.Then at last I got my filling done.I spent over 5, 000 for the work and had to pay for the fitting of the lower partial that fell apart and 1, 500.00 hundred for the upper partial that is going to make my one tooth worse.Take my advise go get a second opinion from another Dentist.
