Purchased complete upper and lower dentures from aspen dental 7/8/2016, $3076.20. Within one year one of the upper front teeth just let loose and fell off. They repaired it. Within one year of that one the other one did the same thing, however, they are not in on Sat., since I could not wait until Monday, found another dentist who repaired it. The cost to me was $105.00. Contacted them on the shoddy materials and workmanship only to be told that the 7 year warranty offers no refunds. They will see what they can do to reimburse me the $105., but that's it. I tried to explain that since it has been nearly two years that I am willing to accept 2/3 of the original purchase price and just call it a day. They are not willing to do this, hence my complaint. By the way, this was the third set they made, the first ones did not fit at all, the second one was not lined up and centered and all three sets have an overbite, which I never had. I am so disgusted to know businesses can do this to people. I have filed a complaint also with the B.B.B. in Ohio. I eagerly await an answer via email to: [email protected]

Was told at the beginning of the service what they were supposed to charge. Changed prices and charged for a tooth brush that was told to patient was a gift to her. Totals of services do not add up and they were told that if the totals that the insurance paid and on the dental charge card they couldn't do it. Patient was not told of anything different. Complete incompetency in this company. too many complaints to post. If necessary I can be contacted on my cell phone for further comments. This company is not trustworthy. 330-322-7802
