I am having the same problem with my relative at the Reed House in Denison, Iowa. Do they even have a director anymore? I am not getting any calls returned. This bills are incorrect and my emails are not answered. Wait, I did get one call back from Ken in the Council Bluffs/Omaha area. Even the regional manager is confused as the phone call reported "sorry, we gave you the wrong number with no answering machine, " but didn't leave the correct number. Or maybe they were telling me they "tried to return my call and I didn't have an answering machine" which is not true. There are a lot of lies going on with this company. We have an attorney now, since it has gone on far too long and we are reporting this to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. We are billed (even though we cancelled immediately) but they have had the keys the whole time. They have been authorized to market the unit but how would we even know if they were attempting to do that? Please, would like to hear how anyone else has been able to get out of this place!!

The town of Denison takes a lot of pride in practicing good business. How did the Reed House of Assisted Living Concepts manage to stay under cover for so long? This business needs to be outed.
