Denied benefits on a workmans comp claim,fell off ladder at work,they paid benefits for about 6 to8 werks then sent me my medical records stated i had possible fractures from c1 to c3 ,fractured at c4 to c6 to messed up disc in middle back,4 ruptured disc in lower back.Then stated no medical attention or surgery required for this problem,and that benefits denied.I too had all records faxed to this sorry outfit too many times to count.Now my insurance has lapsed and cant get the other medical problems i have adressed.Wish i could sue them,i even told one of my 5 or 6 caseworkers and she told me i couldnt or my lawyer couldnt do anything about my denial.Not only do i think this unmoral ,i think it is blantant abuse ,an abuse of the power these sorryvfolks think they have,turned over to the cwa but as usual they dont givea damn and just let it ride.Paying dues for this crappy representation pisses me off too
