I have been billed since 08/11 for internet services I have never recieved. I have spoken with AT&Ts customer service dept several times about this and they cont to bill me. I will write you back with specific dates, names, times I have talked with AT&T reps about this and been told I would not be billed anymore for services not rendered. But, I cont to receive bills. Same problem here. I was billed for Internet service that i never received due to incompatibility with my old modem which they said would work (which they advertised on their website)but obviously it did not, so I called technical services and they tried to help but to no avail so they connected me to the cancellation department and i told them what had happened they said they were sorry. I was not personally aware that ATT was still billing us until i saw a bill from them 6 months later. I was furious, i called customer service and they flatly stated i never cancelled. I have two GENERAL complaints. 1) Unethical Customer Service Practices. 2) Unethical Advertising or baiting. NOW I'M IN COLLECTIONS, don't know what to do help.
