Service did not work correctly

I had internet services at my mother's house for a while and the internet worked well. So we decided when we moved to our own house we would have at&t again. But at our new house we had lots of problems. The internet would lag, or kick us off. Serfing the web was very poor. I constantly had to call in to AT&T to get help and reset the motem and go into the motem and change settings. They sent some one out to help, and it worked for a while. Then had to have someone come out again to install a noise profile to help keep out interferience. It worked well a while then went back to doing the same stuff all over again. I had to be on the phone for hours on in. More then I could amagine. I cried one time from so much stress, on trying to figure out the problem. I used my email on everything to. It also was having problems. I talked to supervisors to get help. They also done stuff at the office that did not help. We also was paying for a bundle package with AT&T and Direct TV. They could not keep us bundled. I paid my bills up for 2 or 3 months at a time. And Direct TV would cut off our tv saying they was not paid. We had to pay them seperately to keep our tv on. While at the same time we had paid already to AT&T. Crazy, Crazy, crazy. After talking with the supervisor and him agreeing with me about all my problems existing, we determined that it may be in our best interest to get a different service provider. Then after I went to charter, AT&T then offered u-verse in my neighbor hood. Well by then I had charter. What was we to do? I'm very sorry our services did not work, we tried numorous times. But when you sit on the phone and cry over something so small there is a issue. Please understand and come back to us with a reasonible over. We got charter in Nov. 2012 and paid our bill every month. I do not believe we all nothing, or at all, little of nothing.
