Double Billing
I sold my business in December 2015. At That time I informed AT&T of the sale and the new owner will be assuming the account. The new owner set up an account with AT&T. I have been receiving statements from AT&T as well as the new owner and she has been paying the bills and is up to date I am receiving statements since January for the same phone number as the new owner and they have sent my account to a collection agency. I can't get it through to them that they are billing me for the same number as the new owner who is paying them and is current with the payments

Double Billing
I sold my business December 31,2015. I informed At &T of sale of my business and the new owner to take over the account as of December 31,2015.. ATT &T has been billing my account and the new owner for the same phone number for 8 Months. We both have called several months to straighten this out, but the still say I owe them for advertising, however, the new owner is paying the bill. I have not paid them because the new owner has paid the account in full up to August, 2016

HD
I pay for HD service but your Premium channels like Starz, Showtime, etc have very little selection in HD. Yet later on you find those HD movies being shown later in the night. Also your selections of movies is very poor. Only have two movies in 3d. New movies on premium channels is far and in between. Cinemax has had one in over a month.

Charges for discontinuation of service
On August 3, 2011 I ordered internet services from AT&T Uverse for a monthly cost of $14.95 per month plus home phone service for $25 per month. This was when the worst headache of my life started. I was told that this was the regular price and was not under any contract. and that all I needed to do was to plug in some device that I would receive in the mail. To my surprise my first bill was $267.41. Every month following my bill was ridiculously high and did not reflect what I agreed to pay for. I made several phone calls to resolve the matter only for the reps. to tell me to subtract $23.05 from my bill. When I sent in the payment however my following month bill would reflect a past due amount of $23.05. This went on for months and I had had enough. I called AT&T Uverse and again told them of my displeasure with billing and that I was going to cancel my service. The rep again assured me that I was not under contract and went ahead with the request. Several weeks later I received a letter fromthe company that I needed to pay $116 for cancellation fees.
