I have had issues with paying my bill w/at & t uverse this month & the customer service upon calling them is HORRIBLE!!! I had paid a $231.45 amount online w/them & upon speaking w/them they indicated they had not received it but, my bank had informed nmed me it had cleared & they where more than cooperative (my bank). I feel that AT & T uverse's customer service is so bad that, if they don't change they, are going to start loosing business. I have had my Cable since 199 something & love it but, I might have to switched due to their negligence. Please help me!!!!
