Technician service

I am a loyal AT&T customer, been with AT&T as long as I had DSL. Last week I have purchased an upgrade on my Uverse internet which the representative at that time gave me really good deal and a technicuan scheduled in timely manner. The following Saturday July30,2016 technicuan strives at my location but unable to complete the job, which is the upgrade. Due to AT&T outside box not accessible because the door is hinged and would not open. Ok that is acceptable... Maybe but it is not the technicians fault. Here is where it becomes juicier.... The technician promised that he will get his boss to contact me for updated information about the fixing of hinged door... No call
Called AT&T myself and was informed that service will not be until Wednesday or Thursday.... But eventually able to get me Augyst 2,2016 @1-4pm PT.
The day of appointment... At 1pm, technician arrived. Checked the phone box located outside the house and never came inside the house to check the modem... Technician stated that he needs to check the outside box on the street, which he found problem that needed "outside" technicians to repair. He could not repair because he is "inside" technician. By 5 pm PT... No call from the technician do I called him and received a response that he will be back within the hour.. One hour past... No technician... One and half hour passed, finally technician Knicks the door. Yay... Wait not so fast.... Internet not working AT ALL!!!!! Called 800-288-2020 AR$T call service
Was informed that "outside" tech is still working on the problem, but while I was still on the phone with the representative... Then after over hour of phone conversation.. Notified that I need to reschedule the "inside" tech to come set up the upgrade Uverse. At this point I had NO internet what so ever. Later representative states there is nothing they can to and needs to reschedule tech appointment which will be 4 days after.
As a one AT&T customer ordering for an upgrade but instead being left with NO internet with the next technician schedule of 4 days after which means 4 days no internet!!!!! I spoke to 4 different representative and the last SUPERVISOR HUNGBUP ON ME!!! Now I'm left with no internet. Scheduling 3rd upgrade request for technicuan to arrive and suffer. No compensation... Not even in exchange yo no internet or caring about not having internet but just a simple sentence.. When do you want to schedule your upgrade.... Yes... I mean for the THIRD time...
