Stay away from this flooring company in the N. Atlanta area. They will abandon you once your job is completed and will NOT honor their own work. Had a wood plank that was NOT glued correctly, slipped a 1/4-inch and left a gap in the floor. They wanted to charge me $244, to replace the one plank which was only 6-inches long AND I even had my own plank, left over from installation to use to replace it. You can find MUCH better customer service at another flooring store - A NO customer service business!
