I have had to call the AJC Home Delivery Services on numerous occassions regarding my home delivery services.
I am a senior citizen witrh mobility issues ( problems with knees) and have requested numerous times ...not to leave my newspaper at the end of the driveway! Doing this, I must get fully dressed to go out the house to retrieve the newspaper.

Previously, I was informed my newspaper " could be delivered wherever I desired". I placed a wrought Iron basket for my paper in the entryway of my home. There also is Motion Detector light, whic automatically turns on if someone approaches the house.

Numerous times I find I had not receivesd a newspaper after reporting this, I am told by " automatic service" " I will be credited". Yet, when I receive a bill, there is no credit for having nort received a paper!

Also, therer are times when I report " newspaper not delivererd in correct space", I am informed " You will be credited".
This never happens, the never reflects " credit".

According to AJC " Customer Care" " Our Delivery Guarantee....a dry,readable newspaper....".
There have been times when i have received a soaking wet news[paper, unreadable! Again " you will be credited"!

I continue to pay the entire amount for my subscription: $32.80 Wednesday through Sunday for 13 weeks.
However, I do not think this is fair that I should.

When I call and actually speak to a person ( other times there is an automatic system) I am informed " we will provided message to District Manager". How many times much the District Manager be " informed" before the problem is resolved!!!!

I have contacted Clark Howard Team, and was advised on filing tyhis complaint.

My next call will be to the News Media!

Yes, this has become a serious issue for me.
