I received a call from atlantic express argo courier service ,saying my parcel have beenin malaysia to above address above.they told me i have to pay Rm 2ooo plus 6%og GST .MY Issue is i want to collect my parcel and pay for it personaly but they refused and force me to bank in to local account in cimb bank account holder.pls help

I received a cal from the atlantic express cargo courier service klang selangor.they ask me to pay Rm 2,000 plus 6% for Gst.my issue here is i want to pay and collect the parcel by my self,but they refused and force me to bank in the money asked theu a local cimb accout holder.i have experince a very bad situation earlier on ,so i dont want this happen again.pls help me
