Respected Sir/Madam,
On 28/08/2017 around 19:26 hours I had withdrawan from AXIS Bank-ATM a sum of Rs.2000/-. Again, Rs.2000/- has been withdrawn by me around 19:33 hours. In between, 19:26 hours - 19:33 a sum of Rs.20000/- has been with withdrawn by somebody without my knowledge. I have complained customer care of Axis Bank (Ref.1708068187). ATM ID BPCC114605. I have lodged an FIR vide number FIR ID: 62401.

I have made several requests through e-mails to Customer Care AXIS BANK but vain. When I contacted the Branch of Axis Bank over phone, nobody is picking up the phone. It is a matter of surprising. At least phone calls should be responded or reply of e-mails should be given. I have submitted dispute form to the Bank too.

I appeal that such situation should not be occurred to anybody. Security Alert is a must at all ATM Centres so that people can withdraw money through ATM without fear. Once withdrawal of money from ATM, the machine to be automatically cleared all the details of the customer and nobody can trace it out under any circumstances.

I got a call from +91 7361 877 291 saying I should give my ATM card details since my card had stopped and they will start it.
Pls don't pick this call.

I used my HDFC bank ATM debit card(VISA-ELECTRON) in your HSBC ATM at SADAR, NAGPUR(Maharastra) INDIA on dated 06/06/08 between 5 to 6 pm. I did transaction for withdrawl of Rs.12, 000/- but after transaction I got only transaction slip not cash of Rs.12000/- I notify this to security guard present at that time.He replies at that time according to slip your transaction is cancled.I again try to check balance but your machine shows 0 balance. Today on dated 10/08/2008 I got my HDFC bank statement that shows Rs.12000/- withdrawn from my account.

I used my HDFC bank ATM debit card in other bank CITY BANK ATM at Forum value Mall on dated 28/02/12 between 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm. I did transaction for withdrawal of Rs.500/- but after transaction I got only transaction slip not cash of Rs.500/- . ATM Machine replies at that time according to slip your transaction is unable & show some error code no. when Sunday on dated 28/02/2012 I checked my balance that shows Rs.500/- withdrawn from my account.
