We have called ATT for almost 2 weeks trying to solve an issue regarding our cell phones. I am told we are considered Gold Members because of the 15 years we have been with them and have 5 lines or whatever. I have wasted over 2 hours waiting on hold for Upper Mgt to not help with our issue that the wrong phone was sent to us. The phone has not worked correct since day 1 and has had the wrong SIM card yet we still can’t get the correct phone not can we get reimbursed for the phone not working. This is not the first time we have had issues with ATT. We have given more than several chances for ATT to fix the problems We have been promised over and over again about adjustments that never take place for overages. The list goes on and on. Good luck dealing with them. Anything they can’t buy off with a customer by offering some discount is never addressed. We wanted the service and phone we have paid for every month.
