This has got to be the most fucked up service in life. I explained my story once n there's more to add. I was suppose to get my directv and internet installed Wednesday but a not too bright representative put in the wrong number and no apartment number. Great so i had to reschedule it which was today so today the att technician tells me he only got a note to do the internet after talking to three got damn ppl saying they couldn't find anything on my account the technician pulling up my att account and it says July 6 is when cable will be installed. WHY IN THE HELL WOULD THEY PUT THE DATE SO FAR AWAY AND I GOT THE INTERNET INSTALLED TODAY. O THAT'S NOT ALL. IF THEY WOULD HAVE CAME WEDNESDAY THEY WOULD'VE DID BOTH. Y CAN'T U DO BOTH NOW???!!@ THIS SHIT IS SO BACKWARDS ITS A SHAME. SO NOW I G O T TO wait for a directv technician to come do that instead of when the att technician came because when I reschedule it sent out two different got damn notes. N my PERSPECTIVE IT SHOULD BE MORE THAN ENOUGH TECHNICIANS TO COME DO THIS INSTALLATION! !! I BEEN THROUGH HELL WITH THESE PEOPLE IY DON'T MAKE NO MOTHER FUCKIN SENSE. I PAID MY MONEY THEY DIDN'T WAIT TO TAKE MY DAMN MONEY NOW THEY DONE FUCKED MY INSTALLATION UP N I GOT TO WAIT EVEN LONGER. I CAN'T WAIT TIL THIS IS OVER. I HOPE EVERY LAST ONE OF Y'ALL EMPLOYEES READ THIS MESSAGE.
