I have been paying a monthly fee of $11.99 for AT&T Mobile Protection Pack for years (literally years) for my granddaughter's iPhone.

In August 2017, I made a claim because the phone literally stopped working, wouldn't hold a charge; became unusable. Read the fine print, paid the deductible, and received the replacement phone, knew it would be a refurbished phone.

Everything was fine for 3 months when the replacement phone stopped working. The replacement phone was under warranty so after talking to several departments in October, the company sent a replacement for the replacement.

And then guess what? That phone stopped working in December! Another piece of junk. I wouldn't be so mad if I hadn't spent $11.99 a month for the last eon for insurance.

My quest to cover the internet with this scam on AT&T's part is just starting here. I will be searching for all venues to voice my complaint. DO NOT PURCHASE THE AT&T MOBILE PROTECTION PACK! You WILL NOT get your money's worth. The process of filing a claim can be excrutiating.
