Deceptive Trade Practices

ATT Wireless promised us a free phone if we bought a new Samsung S8. They shipped the first phone and then did not ship the free phone they had verbally promised. I called back and said the other phone had not arrived. They said there was no BOGO offer, but they would ship another phone. They tried to get me to approve a second contract of 30 payments of 25 dollars. However, the agent stated that there would only be three payments and then the payments would stop. I told them not to ship the phone and that I did not approve of the contract. However, they shipped the second phone and are charging us for it. I have called customer service several times with no resolution to the problem. I reported the incident to the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Complaint Division. No word yet.
