I purchased Onsen firming face mask and feel that I was ripped off. The product does not work like they promised also the sales person made sure she cleaned the product off of my face before I left, which I though rather strange. I paid over $900. for this product along with a face peel but unfortunately, I left before getting a money back guarantee. I tried contacting the Onsen website and submitted a complaint about this but never heard anything back. I believe that any company with any integrity would have at least contacted me back. This company Attitude had very high pressure sales people and having them demonstrate this on a person in front of a multitude of people at a Home Show is especially high pressure and embarrassing. Simply I would like to have someone contact me regarding a money back guarantee.
