Performances of this law firm has to be by far the worst of all the Legal services I have ever engaged in. The calls to sign up and pay were coming at the rate of 3 a day. Once i signed up and paid, the excellent customer services ended then. I signed up with them for real estate services Jan 9, 2017. At that time I was given assurance by the attorney's assistant (Raymon) that my case was fairly easy and we would not be talking bout it by end of Jan. Well Jan went by and with excuses he told me they were taking strong action and we would not be talking about it by end of Feb. For the past 2 weeks it's been a struggle to get calls returned or email status, The attorney has not spoken to me at all. It is as though the non attorney assistant was who I retained. I am not even sure if the Attorney even looked at my file. I have asked for a copy of my file, but I keep on getting a runaround. They do not wish to give me a copy of my file. It seems the file is empty. If you value competent service and want to get meaningful, substantive and tangible results, then this is not the law firm to hire. However, if you want just excuses and disrespect then this is your firm. After 8 weeks of empty assurances, they do not seem to care that I am in a bad situation and left me scrambling to seek a more competent assistance. Be fore warned, Hire this law firm at your peril.. This is a terrible law firm>

I used Gary and his team two years ago and have mixed feelings about the service I received. Gary seamed professional but I had numerous issues with his support team. For the past two months I have left messages with his office and was told they would have someone call me back about finishing up some related paperwork. As of today, I have not received even one call back.

These complaints were placed by one person and that person is a former disgruntled employee. i know this for a fact. Gary Saunders is one of the most honest and decent people around. He is a busy attorney and may not sit at the receptionist table and answer phones, but I can assure you he is a wonderful attorney who will take care of your needs along with his competent and experienced staff.

CORONA ATTORNEY GARY SAUNDERS / SOUNDERS LET US DOWN BIG TIME!
We retained the Law Offices of Gary Saunders / Saunders and Turner Law Group to file a lawsuit against Bank of America for Wrongful Foreclosure. After reviewing our matter, they sent us a retainer agreement for $5000. We paid, provided our information and escrow documents, notes of conversations with the lender, foreclosure notices, etc. Their office also said the would need a separate retainer agreement to defend us on the Unlawful Detainer action filed by the bank which wrongfully foreclosed on our home while we were in the process of obtaining a loan modification. We paid another $3500 for the defense of Unlawful Detainer retainer agreement. Gary Saunders FAILED to file our Answer in a timely manner, FALSIFIED a Bankruptcy filing form, and we were evicted from our home because he DID NOT FILE or serve the Answer on our behalf. Then we asked for a temporary restraining order and he PROMISED to go in to court to stop the eviction, which he NEVER DID. He and his staff just kept giving us the RUN AROUND and later we were informed his staff no longer works for him. On the lawsuit against Bank of America, he FAILED to serve the Summons and Complaint; he FAILED TO SHOW UP up to our Case Management Conference; and now our case is set for Dismissal because of his inaction and his staff's inaction and FALSE PROMISES. In addition, Gary Saunders was sanctioned by the SEC and is being investigated by the FBI.

It makes me so sad to hear this. All of these poor people who have been taken advantage by Gary Saunders and his "firm". I as well did have to pay a retainer (upfront) to Saunders Law Group for a "loan mod". He as well never returned my phone calls while he was "defending" me. The only way I was able to speak to him was to actually go to his office and WAIT for him to see me. Even then, he was never familiar with my case. His assistant Alex, was horrible. On a side note, Gary Saunders did call me on February 10, 2012 because he saw my negative post . He still was not familiar with my case. He said he would look into refunding my fees.
