I have been trying to claim for my maternity leave benefit since the 29th of January 2018. 5 months later no claim has been paid out to my accounts, I have provided the office with every necessary documents I was told to wait for 14days. 4 months after still nothing has been paid. I do not understand how this works, my child is 4 months old and still has been able to benefit from my maternity leave.
