As with all I've read on complaints about Aura Vie, I answered a pop up offer for a trial sample of skin rejuvenating products by just paying the postage of just a few dollars. I guess there was fine print about having to cancel within 10 days. I didn't see the fine print and I received the sample. I had not even opened them yet when I was billed $97.88 for the first shipment of the product. My husband called and the customer service person was extremely rude and said that I had signed a legally binding document and that, as a courtesy, they could refund me $50, but if we didn't take that she couldn't guarantee us anything. They said that I had received the package on March 2nd. We never received any package except the sample, but that we would return it unopened if we did receive it. We are very upset and are going to contact the BBB in the Van Nuys area as well as the US Chamber of Commerce to try to stop this scam. Preying on people, especially older women, who might want a skin rejuvenating product is reprehensible!
