AUSFIS SCAM AND FRAUD
I came across this website and I registered online paying the USD65.00. Within 24hrs I have received a call from them, agent name Ms. Molly and she insisted for me to pay the full amount. I got scammed of USD2078.00, my hard earned money! I just found out today 09MAY14. I thought something's fishy and I google it.
Anyone in this site, please help me where to complain and the process, my email: [email protected].

Fraud Ausfis
Don't pay anything to AUSFIS. Scam. I made a complaint to actionfraud.police.uk. The fraud is here (the same perverted way to steel our money) and anyone didn't take any action against AUSFIS.

I got scammed!!
There is some dodgy guy called Joseph / Josh that calls and he apparently puts you through to the manager "Gabby" who gives you her managerial website. They convince you to give over your credit card details. They claim to be legit, but they are not. I then thought, how freaking lucky am I to qualify to immigrate to Australia. Something didnt feel right and I googled them and saw scam scam scam. Felt like an idiot, but immediately called my bank to stop my card and reported them to the fraud division. You would think that would be the end of the story, but after I sent an ugly email to them I got a call the very next day from the same guy who tried to convince me it was not him whom I spoke to and that he is merely from quality control, he tried convincing me but it was definitely him. I then said that I want to speak to someone with the relevant authority and they had all conveniently "gone out for lunch" at 11h45 USA time...blah!! I told him that he is a bullshitter and scammer and that if he refunds my money, I will be the first one to apologize. He said "why would a scammer take the effort to try and solve the problem"..well, if you are desperate to steal other peoples money and you are too lazy to get off your ass and work, then ya, R2000 an hour is great money. I am an attorney and I charge R1500 per hour, so stealing peoples money is obviously easier than freaking working. So I was told that someone would get back to me...I told him I dont believe him and if someone gets back to me by some miracle, I will be surprised. So, then each time I send an email I get an automatic response saying someone will call me back, yeah, obviously nobody has called me...BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE..then today I get a call from them, they hang up as I answered and then I got an email saying that someone from their offices has tried contacting me on numerous occasions, unsuccessfully and that I must please give them my correct number and be available. I was available, did answer the phone and no one has tried calling me. They are simply trying to cover up their own tracks. I sent an email back telling them to eff off. DO NOT PART WITH YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! OH and if any motherfucker from AUSFIS THE SCAM (apparently there is a real one) is reading this...get off your lazy ass and start working and stop stealing other peoples money...I hope you get some disease that distorts your face and that turns your own bloods into poison and that makes you scream like a baby everytime your stupid little heart pumps blood to your ass. You are a disgrace to the human race. (TO THE CIVIL PEOPLE READING..PLEASE EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE, BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE MORONS AND WILL ONLY UNDERSTAND MORON LANGUAGE)

Ausfis defrauded me from my hard earned money
Went online to check out visas for Australia. Got onto Ausfis site, did not complete anything as I am always very scared of completing forms with our personal information. The phoned me and wanted to know if we have a credit card. Though I did say yes, BUT NEVER DID I GAVE THEM MY BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER. Couple of hours later the money was gone from my credit card.

Scam and Fraud
I have my fair share of experience recently as well. I have canceled my services with them and they just refused to refund me in full. They took Euro 888 from me and merely agreed to refund me Euro 389! How ridiculous is this.
Therefore, I hope everyone of you who were a victim please lodge your complain to the Internet Crime Complaint Center. I asked them numerous time for their 'physical' office address and they ignored my request. Tell me, how genuine is this company if they refused to acknowledge all my requests? I even requested to meet up with the staff who called me and the manager. They did not reply me.
Repeating that their final decision on cancellation is refunding me less than half of what I paid.
May i asked, on what ground did they based on to come out with such a decision? There were no explanation at all!
Please everybody, let's us all do something and get the authority to deal with them.

Scam and Fraud
I just received a call from ausfis.org as well!! After reading all these comments, I'm so worried. They have immediately deducted my credit card of euro 789 for some stupid foreign language CDs!!
I felt something fishy bout the whole phone conversation. However, the 'John' guy seems to be so genuine.
Now I hope I can get back my refund of initial euro 99 and today euro 789!!!
Yes!! They have deducted twice from my account!
I hope the gov would do something to this ausfis and shut them down!
Regards
Lea

Scam and Fraud
I am also the victom of this shit, ausfis is a fraud, and there only work is to collect money for any means. I read many comments and shout of people. Because of these thing trust on web pages and people is about to finish. Because of some bastards like ausfis organization. I don't know why Australian goverment is quite, are they not reading these complaints or they are giving full support to this organization. Because they are using and convincing people that they are part of goverment, other wise no body will give money. And every organization has some polices and it has nothing here and on other places, I read different charges. I don't know why?? And for prosececution DANA SMITH is here only to say "Oh, you are suffered, send me your details...etc" but why not she try to improve her organization.? This is realy a SCAM... So, my request to all is, "You are suffered, lets save others from this FRAUD."
