Australia Post sent two of my parcels back two China without my permission, the tracking number are CP337393048CN and CP337393034CN, (those parcels should hold by Australia Post office, because I pay them for holding my parcels while I was overseas) I have complained this case with Ombudsman and the Ombudsman reference number is 2017-708772.
At very beginning, Australia Post refuse to do anything to get my parcels back, With the help from Ombudsman, they agree to pay the expense to bring my parcels back to Australia. I have made numerous overseas phone call to China Post in order to arrange for the two parcels to be sent back to Australia without the help of Australia Post. I also communicated to Australia Post that I will bring my parcels back to Australia by air freight because I have been waiting for the parcels for 5 months already. Their response is as long as with a reasonable price. After the parcels were brought back from China Australia Post refused to fully reimburse me the costs.

I have communicated and requested for full reimbursement of $563.00 to Australia Post. I have also provided all invoices in the amount of $563
Australia Post have to reimburse me by the third price $563 , but not the first price $214.28.
Australia Post have to pay my work on bring my parcels back from China, because slavery is illegal in Australia, the amount is $1395.
