unauthorized charging of credit card

AUTO EUROPA (Sicily By Car) charged my credit card the amount of 61 EUR two times after 5 months after I completed the car rental. I received no explnations, no speeding/ parking ticket whatsoever. They are not responding to my complaints. Please help.
