NOTE: DON'T BUY CARS FROM "AUTO WORLD" TYPE SHOWROOM.

I am from kangra, last Saturday i visit the Used car showroom in kangra , i like one car , and decided to buy that car and give holding amount of 10000RS , on monday when i see the car the car has many problems, like AC is not properly working and mirrors are not working fine.The AC problem is solved but Mirrors problem is not corrected

i change my mind and decide to not to buy that car, and asking manager to back my 10000RS amount , but manager refuses to back my money. for him 10000RS is a small amount , He said that call the Showroom Owner, Manager has no responsibility for this.

i called the owner, but owner is busy and always cut my call, i SMS him , and write all problems. now i am waiting for his response and if he refuses to pay me , then i will go to consumer court..

also update you what happens to my money also mention the company owner name if my money will not back to me.
