Payment mistakenly made into Autopage account

Good day
I mistakenly made a payment for June 2016 Cellular contract previously with Autopage Cellular into the Autopage Cellular banking account. I am now a MTN Contract client after the closure of Autopage Cellular.

Please advise as what I am to do to get back the payment or R544.43 that I made into Autopage Cellular account? They send me and sms in reply that I deposited money into their account and will contact me to arrange the transfer of funds. As to this day 04 July 2016 I had no reponse or call from Autopage.

Where should I go with this query? Please advise.
