I took out a cellphone contract deal with autopage in 2008 the account was paid up but i received notices and harrassing phone calls from some legal call centre who claim my account was handed over, i have lodge several complaints to despute the matter but to no success,. I then requested a payment statement in 2013 and was sent a statement that i owed R800 which i paid .Again two months later i received numorous calls from the same legal department insisting i owe R4000 i tried to despute this but off no success, i then started paying it off again but it is 2017 already and no one can assist me, the lady who is calling me from this legal department refuse to give me details as to whom to contact and failed to send me a detailed statement can someone please assist me in this matter.
