BAD SERVICE

I received letter from Honda Malaysia to change the air bag, I call AutoWorld Asia Sdn Bhd and make a booking to change the air bag on 22/7/17 @ 10:30am. This service centre never ask me to bring a long the letter from Honda and when I reach the service centre about 10:15am they ask me to have a sit and they need to check with Honda Malaysia whether my car effected or not. After 15mins I check with the counter the status whether I can change my air bag or not without bring the letter from Honda Malaysia then they start show not happy and ask me just wait. Around 10:40am they start call me and they start change the air bag. About 11:45 am they inform air bag has been change and I drive my car go home, but when I on the way home and waiting for traffic light I realize that my car dashboard got 2 scratch. I call AutoWorld Asia Sdn Bhd service centre and query them why so careless upon change the air bag until scratch my dashboard, they ask me serious or not and I told them is not serious but i'm not happy with this thing happen. They ask me to sent my car back for them to check either this scratch is happen "before" I sent my car for change air bag or "AFTER" I change air bag, the problem is how they can check? and I ask them if I send back my car and they able to confirm they are the one who scratch my car then what can they do? The Malay lady just say they will ask the technician wipe the scratch, I question the malay lady back is the scratch will gone after the technician wipe? she answer me "NO", then what is purposes I sent car back to service centre? waste my time , my car petro just let them verify and may be just wipe for me? is terrible solution, I just told them that I know that is impossible they will change the car dashboard for me I just need them to be careful and I expect them to apologize to me actually but " Nothing " and I'm not happy told them I will never and ever sent my car their service centre again , she is very happy and answer me " oh , that's is ok"

LOUSY SERVICE

This is a lesson for me ever and never buy HONDA car again to avoid all the problem and lousy service.
