Charged for something i didn t autherize on credit card

I got my MASTER CARD bill an you charged me 119.00 dollars that I did not auterize an I don't have . please look into it before I take legal action

HelloYou have renewed and charged WITHOUT LEAVE MY PART Bit Defender my license in the amount of $ 79.95. If you had looked at my record you would have found that I had done my renewal BitDefender Total sécurity 2016 24 November 2015 by internet in the amount of $ 39.00.I am appalled and shocked by this situation that I reported to the competent authorities as well as to my Visa credit card issuer.Please pay me in mailing the amount of $ 109.64 CDN appearing on my Visa dated November 25, 2015.

Unauthorized charges. Will not cancel subscription

Avangate will not refund $89.95 billed to my credit card and will not cancel my subscription. I called them as soon as I saw the charges on my 12/2014 credit card statement and the customer rep said she could not refund my money, but could only cancel future subscriptions. She gave me a nonworking phone number to call. I then disputed the charges with American Express and they were unable to get Avangate to drop the charges.
