You made a withdrawal from my paypal account and the authorization was withdrawen for my by paypal. I no longer use your program so please return the 29.95 US Dollars you drew and thank you for your service in the past.

As stated above, I had great dissatisfaction with the i Yogi computer clean up system and asked them not to withdraw any more money for the automatic re-newal in March.
I had not looked at the American Express statement carefully until doing taxes this past week and saw that I had been charged erroneously for a program I did not want and did not receive.
I want them to give me a full refund for the amt. of $139.99. No service rendered or received or wanted.
The Am Express card was charged on 03/08/14

I called last February and requested that my automatic renewal with IYogi not be processed. I was very unhappy with the service and did not want to pay for another year.
When doing my taxes last week, I looked at some bank statements and saw that I had been charged $139.99 without my consent.
3/8/14 I had been very clear with customer service in saying I did not want a renewal.
I want a return to my American Express account in the amt. of $139.99 Iyogi has not been on my computer since I made the request not to renew.
This is fraud and unless I receive a refund, I will contact American Express and have their fraud department follow-up on this.
