as stated this company does not reply to my request for a refund of my money, which they have take out of my account, this account was cancelled last year,2012,this must be a fraud

I keep on asking for rebate of my previously cancelled order, but they have taken money from my account,the rebate I am asking bears the reference number 22850968, this product was cancelled in 2012, but they do not reply to my emails, WHY?
