I haveseveral avangate charges on my Visa card. None were authorized.

I do not recignizeany charges by Avangate on my credit card and I dispute all of them.12670

I received a email on 10 JULY 2015, thanking me for my payment on 11 JULY 2015 for system mechanic. First, I must be special to go into the future a place an order for software when the day has even arrived. I currently have 4 months remaining on my current System Mech software as the previous one which was still listed on my IOLA account, expired in 2014 and I simply do what I always do, purchase the latest from Walmart. I contacted Avangate to inquire why I was charge $32.42 to software in July when I didn't order any and where they received the payment info as I do not have any on file. I also advised them that I NEVER renew my software on line and wouldn't do so this time either and asked for the payment info. I received a reply indicating I was on auto-renewal and they would be glad to send me the link for the new software key. I again advised that I was not interested in renewing my System Mechanic on line and that my account IS NOT AND NEVER HAS BEEN ON AUTO-RENEWAL. I do not have a card on file with my IOLA system Mechanic and didn't add one for this exact reason, BOGUS, UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!! It is pretty pathetic that a company outright lies about someone's account then facetiously charges them for items they did not request!!! I requested a refund in my response but of course, that was totally ignored. I will not let this company abuse me. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and my state's Attorney General's office. I am also seeking a lawyer for a class action lawsuit.
