stolen money from account no software no refund scam

On 1-10-2016 i was purchasing a Avangate product Driver Restore for the amount of $2995 with my debt card gave them my card information and they charged $39.90 so i said stop and they took my money off my debt card out of my account no software and no refund they have stolen my money out of my account i would like my money back and these people need to be stopped stealing on line order #45821474 [email protected] Rick Allen Hefner
